How Bulkman works · spreadsheet editing for your Webflow CMS
How it works

From connect to publish in five steps.

No CSV files, no re-imports, no scripts. Bulkman turns any Webflow CMS collection into a spreadsheet you can safely edit in bulk.

B1

Connect your site

Paste a Webflow site API token and you're in. Takes two minutes, instructions included, and you can revoke the token from Webflow at any time. Bulkman only requests access to your CMS.

Edit like a spreadsheet

Pick a collection and every item becomes a row. Click a cell, type, done. Grab the fill handle in the corner of a cell and drag to copy a value across as many rows as you want. Rich text and asset fields are shown but locked, so you can't accidentally wreck formatted content.

Find & replace and math actions

Every column has power tools. Find & replace shows you exactly how many cells match before you touch anything. Number columns get math actions: raise everything 10%, add a fixed amount, round it all. One action, whole column.

Preview the diff and apply

Nothing you've done so far exists outside your browser. When you hit Apply, Bulkman shows every change side by side: item, field, old value, new value. Invalid values are flagged before you can apply. Confirm, and Bulkman takes an automatic snapshot before writing a single field.

Publish only what changed

Applied changes land in your staged CMS. When you're ready, one button publishes exactly the items you changed. Never a whole-site publish, so nothing else on your site moves.

Undo anytime

Made a mistake anyway?

Open History, pick the snapshot, and hit Restore. Every bulk action is snapshotted before it writes · so one click puts every item back exactly the way it was. No backups to remember, no exports to dig up.
